Să ştii că iar am căzut în mare păcat cu mâncarea. Copiii sunt spre bine cu bolile, dar exact în momentul acesta vorbeam cu buna mea prietenă şi îmi dădeam seama că: GATA nu vreau să ajung iar cât o vacă, aşa că nu mai am nevoie de mâncare şi redevin cuminte pentru încă o lungă perioadă de timp.

Atata timp cat o faci constient si cat este vorba despre dulciuri facute in casa, nu cred ca este moarte de om.
Situatia se schimba cand sunt dulciuri cumparate cu tot felul de chimicale…deloc bine pentru sanatate.
Te-am vazut in fotografiile de la serbarea lui Dragosel si repet, arati foarte bine, as zice chiar foarte slaba.
Oricum cu toatele stim ca este mai usor sa slabesti decat sa te mentii.
sa nu uitam ca viata apoi este o „mentinere”.
O zi buna.
Acum am 55 de kilograme, nu sunt multe, nici puţine, ştiu, dar nu kilogramele mă deranjează ci că cedez prea uşor în faţa dulciurilor.
Dar, acum mai motivată sunt ca niciodată să redevin cuminte, aşa că nu mai vreau să aud de dulciuri, nici din cele făcute în casă.

I’ve always been blown away by the some of the covers on Lois McMaster Bujold’s Vorkosigan series that show who I assume is meant to be Miles Vorkosigan (one of my all time favorite characters), Bujold’s entire character development was based on a hero who had a birth defect that caused him to be born stunted with a crooked back. But on several of the covers he’s shown as a 6 foot tall, muscle bound soldier! One would think that the artist would at least get some idea of what they who they were supposed to be drawing…

I think I would be willing to wear a light weight corset for the clothes and a maid too…lol….I absolutely hate high heels and I think they are ridiculous. They are not good for your feet and not good for your back. Anything over 1 inch is pretty much bad overall in my opinion. I also don't like clothes with feathers – ick …but otherwise I'm pretty much good with whatever people want to wear as long as it is clean and is not overly revealing (no see through clothes please!)
